Understanding search results

How to search for a product

After logging in to ProCure+, you should automatically land on the home page. If you are on a different page, try pressing the home button in the top right corner of ProCure+.

Once on the home page, you will see the text "Product search" with a box underneath. You can search for products by typing within the box. You can search by typing a few letters of the product name, which can be the Phoenix description, branded name or generic name. Alternatively, you can search by typing the pip-code or EAN number. After typing the relevant name or number, press the green search button to activate the search.

After clicking the green search button, the search results will load below.

You may need to scroll down and click on the next page to see the complete list of results.

If you receive too many results as in the example above, you may wish to refine your search by typing more letters of the product name or adding additional information, such as the strength, form (eg tablet or capsules) or pack size.

Understanding search results

Table fields

  • Product Name - The Phoenix product name

  • PIP - The Phoenix PIP code

  • EAN - The product EAN code

  • Price - The price you can expect to pay (invoice price will be the actual price you pay)

  • Singles delivery - How many products in a single quantity are available to order

  • Cartons delivery - How many products are available in cartons to order

Colour coding - identifying contract lines

Products are different colours to allow the easy identification of contract lines

  • Green products are products with a CMU contract (C)

  • Blue products are products with a Promotional Price (P)

  • Grey products are products without any special pricing applied

Singles vs Carton delivery

With Phoenix when you order a product in single boxes (lower than a carton quantity), permitted that you order before your cut-off time, you will receive your order the next working day. In contrast, when you order in cartons, you will receive your product within two working days. To allow you to make informed purchasing decisions, we display the stock quantities in both singles and cartons.

Singles delivery

The singles delivery column tells you how many singles you can order and expect to receive the next working day. If you order above the displayed "max" singles threshold on an item which is also stocked in cartons, your order will switch into cartons.

Cartons delivery

The cartons delivery column will tell you if a product is stocked in cartons. If the product is stocked in cartons, you will need to order at a volume of at least one carton size to receive the order in cartons. The page will still tell you the total stock in singles and also tell you how many cartons are available of a given carton size in the text underneath. For example, if the text says 1000 max, and underneath says 10 cartons of 100, it means that the product is in cartons of 100, and the maximum number of cartons you can order is 10, which adds up to 1000 singles. If your desired product is not available in cartons, by clicking the "Request cartons" text, you can let us know about your requirement and we will consider the potential of stocking the product in cartons.

Page view

Choose how many items you wish to display on the page by clicking the drop-down box in the top right-hand corner. If you find you have too many or too few search results, you may wish to amend your search to be more or less specific.

Copy and paste

For your convenience, we have included a feature that allows you to copy text with a single click, which may help if you need to note product pip-codes or EAN numbers. You can copy by clicking the symbol of two overlapping squares. You can then paste in the desired location using your usual method.
