For same-day, urgent orders, it is recommended to contact Customer Services during office hours, where they will endeavour to process the order as quickly as possible.

A special request can also be made to the depot to ask if we can facilitate. Same-day delivery may not be possible if the product is not in stock at the local depot; however, we will aim to offer an alternative product that is available.

Please be advised that all same-day requests incur charges. While certain regional procurement groups have negotiated a limited number of free emergency deliveries, this allowance varies by region. Therefore, our Customer Services and Depot teams cannot confirm whether a delivery will be chargeable. Assessment of chargeability will be made after the delivery has been completed.

The service fee is £75.00, in addition to third-party courier expenses (plus VAT). Confirmation of the total cost and delivery time will be provided once the delivery has been made, typically within 7 working days.
