For same-day, urgent orders, it is recommended to contact Customer Services, where they will endeavor to process the order ASAP.

A special request can be made to the depot to ask if we can facilitate. Same-day delivery may not be possible if the product is not in stock at the local depot, however, we can help to offer an alternative product that is in stock.

Please be advised that all same-day requests incur charges. While certain regional procurement groups have negotiated a limited number of free emergency deliveries, this allowance varies by region. Therefore, our customer service and depots team cannot confirm whether the delivery in question is chargeable. Assessment of chargeability will be made after the delivery has been completed.

The service fee is £75.00, in addition to third-party courier expenses (plus VAT). Confirmation of the total cost and delivery time will be provided within one hour of placing an order.
