My learner has passed an exam but the result is not showing in Online Services. What do I do?

The first thing you need to do is ensure the exam result is showing in 'Surpass'.

If the result is already showing in the 'Results' screen in 'Surpass', but not in 'Online Services' please contact our Customer Experience Team who will be able to support you further.

Please ensure you send us the following details:

  • Candidate name

  • Candidate CQN number

  • Exam unit code

  • Exam date
