The suitability requirements include requirements or other questions related to suppliers or tenders. In this section, the specified data is used to automatically generate a form on the “Eligibility requirements” tab of the Tarjouspalvelu.fi supplier portal and suppliers respond to the questions specified here.
On national forms, suitability requirements are known as eligibility and minimum requirements. When the national procurement notice is reformed, the name of the section will change to “suitability requirements” in the new design.
Introduction
You can select an introduction to the suitability requirements from pre-saved text or by entering an introduction into the text field.
Create suitability requirements
Create a new suitability requirement in the “Add new requirement” section
Enter the desired requirement into the “Eligibility requirement” field
The field can be expanded by pressing the arrow button, enabling you to enter more text
Select a field type for the suitability requirement
Numerical
The supplier enters numerical data
Option to specify minimum and/or maximum values
Option to specify a field suffix
Option to set this as mandatory by selecting “Entry required"
Uploadable
The supplier uploads a file

The supplier responds yes or no
