Suitability requirements are prepared in the form of requirements or other questions related to the tenderer or the tender. A form page for Tarjouspalvelu.fi will be automatically generated on the ‘Suitability requirements’ tab using which the tenderer will answer the questions defined.
Introduction
Select an introduction for the suitability requirements from the pre-saved texts if applicable, or enter the introduction directly into the text field
Create suitability requirements
To create a new suitability requirement, enter the requirement in the ‘New requirement’ field

Select a field type for the suitability requirement
Numeric
The tenderer enters numerical information
Select the field suffix or unit
Minimum and/or maximum values can be defined if applicable
Can be defined as mandatory by selecting ‘Entry is required’
The number of decimal places in the value entered by the tenderer can be limited

Yes/no
The tenderer answers ‘Yes’ or ‘No’
The question may be mandatory or optional
The ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ answer can be defined as mandatory
Conditional criteria can be set up for the criterion
Select ‘Includes criteria for which "Yes" is required’ to define a new question that will be displayed if the tenderer answers ‘Yes’ to the original question
Select ‘Includes criteria for which "No" is required’ to define a new question that will be displayed if the tenderer answers ‘No’ to the original question

Record
A desired set of questions is prepared to which the tenderer is required to answer x times (e.g. references)
Create the questions/criteria one below the other under ‘Record criteria’
If applicable, define the minimum and/or maximum number of times the tenderer is required to answer to the set of questions
The question will be optional if no values are defined in these fields
The tenderer may add a new set of questions in the Supplier Portal under ‘Add row>>’

Edit suitability requirements
Edit all requirements
Click the red cross to delete the selected requirements all at once
At the end of each respective line, select the requirements you want to delete
Export the selections in the form of a criteria group
Select the criteria you want to save in the criteria library as a group (See the criteria library instructions)
Click to book icon to access the criteria library
From the criteria library, you can create a pre-defined suitability requirements group for the procurement concerned

Edit individual requirements
Click the red cross to delete the criterion if applicable
To change the order of the suitability requirements, drag and drop the desired criterion to the desired location.
Functions menu
Each suitability requirement and its criterion has a ‘Functions’ menu
Close criterion
Hides the details of the suitability requirement (only displays the title of the suitability requirement)
To edit a suitability requirement, you will first need to open it from the ‘Open all requirements’ icon

Move or copy criterion
You can move a suitability requirement to another location or copy it
A listing of the locations where the requirements of the criterion can be moved or copied to will open in a separate window
Move or copy requirement as a conditional criterion of a Yes/No criterion
Add to "Yes" option
Add to "No" option
Select ‘As a new requirement’ to copy the requirement as a new requirement

Click the square icon to set up additional information for the criterion
In the Supplier Portal, the additional information will be displayed for suppliers under the question mark of the criterion concerned
