In the ‘Preview and publish’ section of the ‘Request’ view, you can send the reaquest pdf for preview or make a comment request
Preview
The Request complete with any attachments and links added to it will be sent to the message recipient as an e-mail attachment.
Comment request
If you request comments using this feature, a message will be sent to the message recipient by e-mail that contains a link to the commenting interface
Clicking this link jumps to the commenting view where comments related to the request can be sent.
Click ‘Send a preview by email’, and in the window that appears, define the following:
Tick ‘Request comments’ if you want to receive comments from the recipient
Define a deadline for comments
Recipients’: enter or copy/paste the e-mail addresses here separated by line breaks
‘Sender’s name’: enter the name you want to be displayed as the sender of the e-mail here
‘Message heading’: enter the text you want to be displayed as the e-mail heading here
‘Message’: enter the actual e-mail message/text here. You can edit the default text if applicable
Click the ‘Send an email’ button to send the comment request
The recipients will receive an e-mail that contains a link to the commenting interface
The commenters are required to submit their comments by the set time limit
Viewing comments
When the commenter submits comments on the call for tenders, the person defined as contact person for the call for tenders concerned will receive a notification by e-mail. The message will also include the content of the comment
When comments are received, a new ‘Received comments’ link will appear below the ‘Send a preview by email’ link
