"The ‘Send an email’ message can be found both on the active and on the expired calls for tenders. You may use the feature to send an e-mail message to all those who have viewed the contract notice and submitted a tender (contract notices with status ‘Active’ and ‘Expired’) as well as to the tenderers whose tenders are included in the comparison and to the lost and winning tenderers (contract notices with status ‘Ended’). Click ‘Send an email’ on the desired contract notice.

Sender name
The “Sender's name” field will automatically show the name of the procuring entity
The name can be edited if desired

The system sends emails from the address noreply@cloudia.fi
However, this can be changed to an address to which suppliers can reply
Message heading
The automatic title is “Additional information about the notice: ID / NAME OF THE PROCUREMENT NOTICE”
You can edit this if necessary

Show the message on the tendering service
If this is ticked, the message content will also be shown on the notice under “Questions and answers” on the supplier portal
Click “Send an email” to send the message
