This user has access to all tender documents. Can report commission to contracting authorities that are asking for it. Can ask questions on tenders opened by himself but cannot edit or send tenders.
3 Example User C has the Admin and Tender Acceptor roles
This user has access to all the documents of the calls for tenders. They can ask questions on the tenders they have opened but cannot edit or submit tenders. As an administrator, they can change the person in charge for a bid/application -> i.e. give the rights to the bid/application to the person who has the role "Tender owner".
4 User D has the role of tender owner, and basic user E should be able to edit user D's bid.
User D can grant temporary editing rights to user E from the offer's responsible persons tab. Basic user E will receive an email invitation and can edit and, if necessary, submit the offer within the time limit of the temporary editing rights.
5 User F has the role of offer owner and is going on summer vacation. The organization's admin user G should be able to manage user F's offers during this period.
User G can reassign the tender owner role to themselves through user management by first removing the role from user F. After this, user G can set themselves as the responsible person for user F’s offers.
