The following new functionalities / improvements were installed in production 17th of November 2021:
Comment round's comments
It is now possible to set comments as visible to anyone participating in the comment round
A summary of new received comments can be sent by e-mail. NOTE: If this option is not selected an email is sent to every participant of the commenting round when new comment is added
Reminder of inquiry
It is now possible to add reminders for inquiries
Reminders are sent to all recipients added to an inquiry, if they haven’t submitted a response
Person in charge of the task
It is now possible to add a person who does not have user account to Cloudia Planning to be person in charge for the plan and procurement task.
System will send task information to entered e-mail address. However external person in charge is not able to change the status of the task
When a user of the Planning (who has user account) is added as the person in charge of the task, he/she will receives information about the addition by e-mail in the future. Note! Only one person in charge can be selected for the task
