The following new functionalities / improvements were installed in production 23rd of November 2022
Statuses of the request
The name of the "open" mode has been changed to "New"
Added statuses:
On hold
Rejected
When changing the status as 'Rejected', information about the rejection can be sent to the sender of the proposal by e-mail (in the case of a proposal made via an external link)
The system opens a rejection window when user clicks 'change status' and chooses 'rejected'
Statuses of the Plan
The name of the "open" mode has been changed to "Active"
Added statuses:
On hold
Cancelled
When a planner opens a draft plan (of which she/he is the planner), the system suggests changing the status to "in progress"
Plan schedule
If a plan schedule has an end date, the system changes plan's status to “Closed“ after the end date has passed

Reversed search:
It is now possible to search plans/requests with reversed search
Creating a contract folder from a plan:
The name, description and start & end date of the plan will be added to the contract folder when this has been created from the plan

When request has been saved, by clicking on "Copy link" in the upper right corner, you can save the link to your own computer
You can also share the link with another person by e-mail by clicking "Sharing" in the upper right corner
The recipient of the link can access the same proposal template

Added the plan / request ID to be shown before the name
Possibility to edit a new form field after saving

Excel template for plans now has option to select plan template

It is now possible to export either selected or all requests in the search results to Excel

Colors has been added to task bars to show the progress
When editing a proposal in draft mode, the default content copied from the proposal template is displayed in the answers of the form fields
Mandatory information set in the plan base must be entered before the plan created from it can be saved

The following new features/improvements have been released to Cloudia Planning on May 18td 2022:
The plan schedule
It is now possible to choose to calculate target times when creating a plan from a template
Target time can be calculated based on the first phase or the last phase
When deleting a task from the calendar it is possible to choose if the remaining target times are changed accordingly.
When editing target time of the task, it is now possible to choose if the remaining target times are changed accordingly.
A task that has been published to the calendar and is late, is shown on red in the calendar view
When adding a task to a plan schedule, it is now possible to add the task from the task library
The description of the task is shown on the plan schedule when the task has been created through the schedule profile.
Task's mass editing
It is now possible to add person in charge information to multiple tasks at the same time
It is now possible to add show in calendar information to multiple tasks at the same time
This is only possible when the plan is shown in the calendar

Information from plan to procurement
When creating a procurement, the name, description and identifier of the plan are transferred from the plan the procurement creation window and the estimated value of the plan is entered directly into the tender in field II.1.5.

It is now possible to download plan's attachments as a ZIP file
Basic information of the plan
From now on, the Plan's Basic information box will only be shown on the Summary tab

Linking plan and procurement
When items are moved from the plan to the procurement, a link between the plan and the procurement is also formed
Items may be transferred only for procurements that are already related to the plan or not yet related to any plan
It is now possible to create a link between the plan and the existing procurement, regardless of the status of the procurement (excluding deleted, archived and cancelled procurements)
Status or content of the procurement will not be changed when link is created
Linking can be done on 'Purchases and procurement' tab clicking 'Create link to existing procurement
Purchases & procurements - direct link to Cloudia Kilpailutus
A procurement's link has been added to the Purchases & procurements tab, which allows the user to navigate directly to the current procurement in Cloudia Kilpailutus

The following new features/improvements have been released to Cloudia Planning on January 27th 2022:

Now it is possible to create a procurement using all notice types that user’s organisation can use in Kilpailutus
System notifies the user if groups/items of the plan have been selected for export to the procurement and user selects a notification type which doesn't use groups / items
In this case the system creates a notice but does not import the selected groups / items
Now it is possible to start the procurement/sourcing process without items on a plan
This can be done on the Purchases and Purchases tab, by clicking "Create a new procurement without items"
Note! If you want to add plan groups / items to the procurement, you must create procurement on the Items tab
Created procurements can be found on 'Purchases and procurements' tab.
From now on templates created in all languages are shown in the procurement template listing when creating new procurement
Possibility to create a Mini competition for Framework agreement
New mini competition can be created on the based framework agreement
It is also possible to use mini competition templates or previous mini competitions as template
If the framework agreement has been divided into lots, the parts which the mini competition applies must be selected
Possibility to create an internal competition for the Dynamic purchasing system
A new internal competition can be created new or based on of a previous internal competition
If the dynamic purchasing system has been divided into lots, the parts which the internal competition applies must be selected
It is also possible to create an internal competition for a shared Dynamic purchasing system
