If you have a Pay-as-you-go policy
The quickest and easiest way to cancel your cover is to use the Zego Delivery app.
First, make sure you have the latest version of the Zego Delivery app installed on your phone. Then follow these simple steps:
1. From the Zego Delivery app, tap the ‘Cover’ option at the bottom of the screen.
2. Select the Pay-as-you-go policy you want to cancel.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap ‘Cancel your policy’.
4. Read the information carefully, select a reason for cancellation, then proceed by tapping ‘Yes’.
5. If you have an outstanding balance, and your Pay-as-you-go policy is still active, you’ll be asked to pay this before we can process your cancellation. If you still have credit on your Zego balance, a refund will be sent to the same card you made payment with.
6. Your cancellation will be completed after you confirm your refund or settle your outstanding balance.
Please note, you’ll receive a refund of the card payments made. This does not include any promotional credit or goodwill provided by us.

If you have a 30-Day policy
The quickest and easiest way to cancel your cover is to use the Zego Delivery app.
First, make sure you have the latest version of the Zego Delivery app installed on your phone. Then follow these simple steps:
1. From the Zego Delivery app, tap the ‘Cover’ option at the bottom of the screen.
2. Select the policy you want to cancel.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap ‘Cancel your policy’.
4. Select a reason for cancellation, then proceed by tapping ‘Continue’.
5. Read the information carefully, once you’re happy select ‘I understand’ and then tap ‘Continue’.
6. On the next page, you’ll be shown your ‘Cancellation quote’. Here you’ll see your original premium, premium paid to date and used premium. 30 Day customers that cancel their policy with us, won’t receive a refund.
8. Your cancellation will be completed after you tap ‘Complete Cancellation’.

If you have an Annual policy
The quickest and easiest way to cancel your cover is to use the Zego Delivery app.
First, make sure you have the latest version of the Zego Delivery app installed on your phone. Then follow these simple steps:
1. From the Zego Delivery app, tap the ‘Cover’ option at the bottom of the screen.
2. Select the policy you want to cancel, for example, ‘Annual Combo (Third Party Only)’.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap ‘Cancel your policy’.
4. Select a reason for cancellation, then proceed by tapping ‘Continue’.
5. Read the information carefully, once you’re happy select ‘I understand’ and then tap ‘Continue’.
6. On the next page, you’ll be shown your ‘Cancellation quote’. Here you’ll see your original premium, premium paid to date, used premium and refund amount.
7. Your refund will be sent to the same card you made your insurance payment with. This does not include any promotional credit or goodwill provided by us.
8. Your cancellation will be completed after you confirm your refund and tap ‘Complete Cancellation’.
Please note, if you pay for your insurance in instalments (PCL), you may be prompted to pay an outstanding balance.
