Please contact our Member Support team to check if you are eligible to downgrade your account.
You can do this by:
Tapping the live chat messenger icon in the bottom right-hand corner of this page, or
Open the Yonder app > go to Home > tap the person icon > Chat with us
What happens when I downgrade?
Once you confirm that you'd like to downgrade, the change will be scheduled for the end of the period you've already paid for. After this period ends, you will no longer have access to Full Membership benefits.
Membership Fee
After downgrading, you will not be charged a membership fee.
Please note that membership fees are not refunded on a pro-rata basis. If you want to avoid being charged for the next period, you'll need to contact Member Support before your next fee is charged.
Benefits
When you downgrade to the Free Membership, you will lose access to your Full Membership benefits at the end of the current billing period.
This includes:
Higher acceptable use limits (for example, the ability to redeem more points on experiences)
Member only experiences
Travel insurance (coming soon)
