What are the membership fees?
We offer two types of memberships: Free and Full. You can choose the one that fits your lifestyle best.
1. Membership Costs
Free Membership: There are no monthly membership fees.
Full Membership: After your trial period, you can choose between:
Monthly: €17,99 per month.
Annually: €189,99 per year (a one-off payment that offers a discount compared to monthly).
2. Refund Policy
In principle, membership fees are non-refundable. However, if you have paid for the Annual plan, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund in the following specific cases:
Termination by Yonder: If we end your agreement without a specific reason.
Changes to Terms: If we make a significant change to your credit agreement that you do not wish to accept, provided you inform us within the stated notice period.
How is the refund calculated? In these cases, we will charge you the equivalent of the monthly fee for the months you actually used the service. The remaining balance of your annual payment will then be credited back to your account.
