Trouble receiving your magic link email, or your code isn’t working

If you're having issues with your magic link, here are a few quick checks that can help get you back on track.

Give this a go:

  1. Double-check your email address

    Make sure there are no typos in the email you entered.

    If you already have a Yonder account, confirm you’re using the same email address we usually send communications to.

  2. Check your spam or junk folder

    Sometimes the magic link might land there instead of your main inbox.

  3. Act fast – magic links expire after 10 minutes

    If it’s been longer than that, request a new link.

  4. Having trouble with the code?

    In very rare cases, you may need to manually enter the code from the email.

    We know it’s a long one, but it’s all in the name of keeping your account secure.
