What Are 1-on-1 Support Sessions?
Unlike standard chat support, these sessions will be booked on Google Meet for a tailored walkthrough to help you learn a new feature, apply for a grant, troubleshoot an issue, or discuss anything else. Sessions typically last 15-30 minutes and if additional time is needed we will schedule a follow-up call.
Who Can Access 1-on-1 Support?
1-on-1 support sessions are free to all users, no matter your proficiency level - our support team is here to help you get the most out of LAEP+.
How Do You Book Your 1-on-1 Session?
Open the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of LAEP+.
Select Book a support call on the home screen.
Choose a time and describe what you would like to discuss.

How to Make The Most of Your Session?
To make the most of your support session, please describe your question or issue in as much detail as you can. Have LAEP+ open during the session to allow you to follow along.
