What Are 1-on-1 Support Sessions?
Unlike standard chat support, these sessions will be booked on Google Meet for a tailored walk through for: learning a new feature, applying for a grant, or troubleshooting an issue etc. Sessions typically last ~30 minutes and if additional time is needed we will schedule a follow-up call.
Who Can Access 1-on-1 Support?
1-on-1 support sessions are free to all users, no matter your proficiency level - our support team is here to help you get the most out of LAEP+.
How Do You Book Your 1-on-1 Session?
Support sessions are available for users directly through live chat under "Book a Call" in the "I Need Help" workflow. Here you will be connected with the relevant team member to help explore your question in further detail. Alternatively Book Here
