Why this happens
This can happen when you opt into a Casino Deposit Match promotion. The promotion title will usually show the matching percentage and maximum bonus amount, for example, “200% Casino Deposit Match up to $1,200”.
When you opt into the promotion and make a qualifying deposit, your full deposit is converted into Casino Bonus Funds. The promotional bonus is also added to your bonus balance in accordance with the offer’s terms.

How do Casino Bonus Funds become withdrawable cash?

Once you have started wagering with the Casino Bonus Funds, the promotion cannot be reversed.
What happens if I don’t complete the wagering requirements?
If you do not complete the wagering requirements within the promotion’s validity period, any remaining Casino Bonus Funds and associated winnings will expire and be removed from your account.
