Withdrawing Funds

WizSlots reserves the right to cancel and re-process the withdrawal of funds in order to comply with card scheme rules. WizSlots can not be held liable for any charges incurred as a consequence of abiding by these regulations. Please note that, wherever possible, all withdrawals must be sent to the original method of deposit used to credit your WizSlots account. Documents may be requested at any time to ensure the security of all our customers.

  1. Debit and Credit cards
    All account holders who have made a deposit by debit or credit card can have their winnings refunded to the same card, where possible. Funds should be credited back to your card within 2-5 working days of the request being made. There is no charge for this service. Some Visa or MasterCard issuers do not accept these transactions and alternative methods may be used.

  2. Visa Direct - FastFunds Withdrawals
    WizSlots has introduced the FastFunds option to our withdrawal methods. It’s a fast, convenient and secure method that gets your withdrawals into your account within 40 minutes of approval. Approval can take up to 24 hours due to compliance and security processing checks. FastFunds is available to VISA users. Your bank must offer the FastFunds feature, not all issuing banks currently have the facility. We would recommend that you check with your bank to see if this feature is available for you.

  3. E-wallets

  • Skrill

Subject to individual countries’ licence restrictions, payments back to e-wallets may be an option available. Funds should be credited back to your E-wallet within 1-3 days of the request being made. There is no charge for this service.

  • Bankout via/ International Bank Transfer

Payments will only be made to a bank account in the account holder's name. Funds should reach your account within 3-10 working days of the request being made. You will need to complete your bank details online.

International Bank Transfers can only be accepted for Non-UK accounts or accounts with a currency that is not GBP.

Payments are made in the currency of your account and may incur a bank charge as detailed below.

Approval can take up to 24 hours due to compliance and security processing checks.

On occasion, our security team may cancel withdrawals to carry out additional checks. These funds will be returned to your account pending the investigation. If any irregularities are found during an investigation we reserve the right to withhold funds. Responsibility for any funds lies with the account holder and any bets made with them will stand.

As part of our commitment to preventing internet fraud, if funds are deposited and not played before a withdrawal is requested we reserve the right to request documents and full identification and also request reimbursement of any merchant charges incurred in the transactions.
