If you want to set a profile picture, you can do this from the Profile section in the app. Hit the Profile option in the bottom right of the screen, you'll be taken to your profile page. From here, click the yellow and blue icon with your initials in it, towards the top of the screen:
You'll see a prompt appear, asking if you want to take a photo (this will open your camera so you can take a selfie), or choose photo (this will take you to your gallery so you can select a photo).
When you've either taken your selfie or chosen an image from your gallery, you'll see your picture has now updated. This will appear when anyone lands on your tipping page too.
