Huel sends a subscription renewal reminder email 7 days before your renewal date — giving you enough time to make any changes before your order processes.
How to Check and Manage Your Subscription
Log in to your account at uk.huel.com/account/login
Navigate to the Subscriptions section
From here you can:

Edit your subscription | Update products, quantities, or flavours |
Delay or skip an order | Postpone your next renewal if needed |
Ensuring You Receive Reminder Emails
If you are not receiving reminder emails, try the following:

Add Huel to your safe senders list | Add Huel to your trusted senders in your email settings |
Whitelist huel.com | If your email provider supports it, whitelist the domain huel.com |
Check your spam or junk folder | Reminder emails may have been filtered — mark them as Not Spam to prevent this in future |
