Ordering Powder and Hot & Savoury together for the first time?
If your first ever order includes both Huel Powder and Huel Hot & Savoury, you will receive both free gifts — the shaker bottle and scoops, plus the Hot & Savoury pot. Each gift is tied to its own product and the two are independent of each other. All free gifts appear automatically in your basket at checkout.
Can I swap or change my free gift?
No — Huel is unable to swap or exchange free gifts for alternative items. Once your order is placed, the free gift is confirmed and fixed. This applies to all orders without exception, and Huel cannot substitute it for a different item, accessory, or alternative gift.
