Why Not?
Huel's powder pouches are made from multi-layer flexible materials that are not widely accepted by standard household recycling streams. Recyclability of these materials depends heavily on local recycling facilities, which vary significantly by region.
What Huel Is Doing
Huel is actively exploring options to make its packaging easier to recycle as part of its broader sustainability commitments — including reviewing pouch materials and investigating new packaging technologies for 2025 and beyond.
