If your Huel delivery didn't include a scoop, the reason depends on which Huel product you ordered. Some Huel products include a free scoop, while others don't require a scoop at all.

First, determine whether your Huel product requires a scoop.
You don't need a Huel scoop for these Huel products:
Huel Meal Packets — Huel Meal Packets are pre-portioned, so you only need to add water to it in the pot or bowl; no Huel scoop required
Huel Daily Greens — Your Huel Daily Greens bag includes a scoop packed inside the bag; check inside your Huel Daily Greens packaging
Huel Ready-to-Drink — Huel Ready-to-Drink bottles are ready to consume straight away; no Huel scoop required
You do need a Huel scoop for these Huel Powder products:
Huel Powder v3.1 — Huel Powder v3.1 comes with a free Huel scoop in your first Huel Powder v3.1 order
Huel Black Edition — Huel Black Edition comes with a free Huel scoop in your first Huel Black Edition order
Huel Essential — Huel Essential comes with a free Huel scoop in your first Huel Essential order
Huel Complete Protein — Huel Complete Protein comes with a free Huel scoop in your first Huel Complete Protein order

Huel scoops are reusable, so you only need one Huel scoop for all your future Huel Powder orders.
Why Huel scoops are only included in your first order:
To reduce plastic waste, Huel only includes a Huel scoop automatically with your first Huel Powder order. Your Huel scoop is reusable for all future Huel Powder orders — you don't need a new scoop with each order.
How to get an additional Huel scoop
Option 1: Add a Huel scoop through your Huel subscription
Log into your Huel Account at https://uk.huel.com/account/login
Go to My Subscriptions
Click Manage Subscription
Select Add an Item
Add a Huel scoop to your next Huel delivery
Option 2: Purchase a Huel scoop from the Accessories section
Go to huel.com
Navigate to the Accessories section
Find the Huel scoop (also called "Huel Powder Scoop" or "Scoop")
Add the Huel scoop to your cart and checkout
I didn't receive my free Huel scoop with my first Huel Powder order
If you believe your Huel scoop should have been included in your first Huel Powder order but wasn't, check these locations first:
Check if your Huel scoop arrived in a separate parcel — Larger Huel orders are sometimes split into multiple boxes; your Huel scoop may have been shipped separately from your Huel Powder.
Check inside the brown packing paper — Huel scoops are sometimes tucked inside the brown packing paper used as void filling in your Huel delivery box.
Check all Huel products packaging — Your Huel scoop may have been placed near or inside one of your Huel product packages.
Still no Huel scoop?
If you've checked all locations and still can't find your Huel scoop that should have been included in your first Huel Powder order, say "talk to a human" and let the Huel specialist know that your first Huel Powder order should have included a free Huel scoop but it wasn't in your delivery.
A Huel specialist will investigate and arrange a replacement Huel scoop for you.
I didn't receive the free Huel t-shirt. What do I do?
If your Huel delivery should have included a free Huel t-shirt but didn't, there are several reasons why your Huel t-shirt may not have been included.
Quick check: Is your Huel order eligible for the free Huel t-shirt?
The free Huel t-shirt is only included with specific Huel orders.
You won't receive the free Huel t-shirt if:
You didn't select a t-shirt size and colour at Huel checkout — When placing your Huel order, you must select a t-shirt size and colour at checkout for the free Huel t-shirt to be added to your Huel order
This isn't your first qualifying Huel order — The free Huel t-shirt is a one-time gift that comes with your first eligible Huel order only; if you've placed a Huel order before on your current Huel account, you won't receive a second free Huel t-shirt automatically
You should receive the free Huel t-shirt if:
This was your first qualifying Huel order on your account
You selected a t-shirt size at Huel checkout
You selected a t-shirt colour at Huel checkout
Your Huel order was marked as delivered or completed
Troubleshooting: Where is your free Huel t-shirt?
If your Huel order met all the requirements above, check these locations for your missing Huel t-shirt:
Check if your Huel t-shirt arrived in a separate parcel — Larger Huel orders are sometimes split into multiple boxes; your Huel t-shirt may have been shipped separately from your Huel products.
Check inside your Huel delivery packaging — Your Huel t-shirt may have been packed inside one of your Huel boxes instead of arriving separately.
Check if someone else in your household received it — If your Huel delivery was left with a neighbour or someone else, they may have received your Huel t-shirt.
Still missing your free Huel t-shirt?
If you've confirmed that your Huel order should have included the free Huel t-shirt (first qualifying order, size and colour selected, order delivered) but your Huel t-shirt isn't in your Huel delivery, say "talk to a human" and let the Huel specialist know:
