There is no scoop in my delivery. How do I get one?

Quick check: Do you actually need a scoop?

You don't need a scoop for:

  • Meal packets — they're pre-portioned, just add water

  • Daily Greens — the scoop is inside the bag

  • Ready-to-Drink bottles — ready to consume

You might need a scoop for:

  • Powder products (v3.0, Black Edition, Essential, Complete Protein) — these come with a free scoop in your first order


If you ordered Powder and didn't receive a scoop:

First orders

  • Scoops are automatically included in your first order of Powder products.

  • If this is your first order and you didn't receive one, say the word and we'll connect you with a specialist to send one out.

Additional scoops

  • If you need an extra scoop (for your second order or later), you can: • Add one to your next subscription order by going to My Subscriptions > Manage Subscription > Add an Item. • Purchase a scoop from the Accessories section on our website.

Why we limit scoops

  • To reduce plastic waste, we only send scoops automatically with your first Powder order.

  • Your scoop is reusable — one is enough for all your future orders.


Still can't find your scoop?

  • Check if it arrived in a separate parcel (large orders sometimes ship in multiple boxes).

  • Check inside your Powder tub — it may be packed inside.

  • Say the word and we'll connect you with a specialist if you genuinely can't locate it.
