Where do I start with Huel?

Starting with Huel is simple — and we recommend easing into it gradually.


🥄 Step 1: Start small

Begin with just one scoop per day, ideally replacing one meal (e.g. breakfast or lunch).


📈 Step 2: Build up gradually

If it feels good after a few days:

  • Increase to two scoops per serving

  • Gradually add more Huel meals over time, depending on your routine and goals

This slow introduction helps your body adjust to Huel’s high fibre content.


🧭 Step 3: Find what works for you

You can use Huel:

  • Occasionally (once in a while)

  • Daily (1–2 meals per day)

  • Or go 100% Huel, if that fits your lifestyle
