Huel can be suitable for people with IBS, particularly those following a low-FODMAP diet, but it depends on the product and individual tolerance.

Low-FODMAP options:
• Huel Black Edition Powder is low-FODMAP certified and may be a good option
• Huel Powder v3.1 is currently being tested for FODMAP status

Products not suitable for low-FODMAP:
• Huel Hot & Savoury
• Huel Ready-to-Drink
• Huel Bars
• Huel Daily A-Z Vitamins

These may contain ingredients that could trigger symptoms in those sensitive to FODMAPs.

Tips for trying Huel with IBS:
• Start with half a serving (1 scoop) and monitor your response
• Limit to 2 scoops per serving to reduce fibre load
• Huel is high in fibre, so make sure to stay hydrated to support digestion and prevent constipation
