Can I use Huel 100%?

Yes, it’s possible to follow a 100% Huel diet — but it’s not something we actively recommend for everyone.

What we suggest:

Most people use Huel to replace 1–2 meals per day, alongside regular meals and snacks.

If you’re considering going 100% Huel:

Start gradually: Replace just 1 meal per day at first After 5–7 days, if it suits you, increase to 2 meals, then more as needed If you’re using Huel Powder, start with 1 scoop per shake and build up based on how you feel

Things to keep in mind:

Huel is high in fibre, which may cause digestive changes if introduced too quickly A varied diet including solid foods can support gut health and satisfaction
