Who should be cautious using Huel Powder?

Most people can enjoy Huel Powder, but please note:


• Gluten: Huel Powder contains gluten and is not suitable for individuals with coeliac disease or gluten intolerance.
• Diabetes: It can be suitable, but we recommend checking the carbohydrate content with your clinician.
• PKU / metabolic conditions: Consult your doctor first.
• Pregnancy & breastfeeding: Safe in moderation (maximum 1 serving per day).
• Children under 4: Not suitable.
• Medication: Some nutrients may interact with prescribed drugs.
