When you place a Huel order, the points you earn will first appear as pending in your Huel+ account before becoming available to spend.
How Pending Points Work

When points appear | Immediately after checkout — but marked as pending |
When points become available | After 4 days, pending points move to your available balance |
Can pending points be redeemed? | No — pending points cannot be redeemed until they move to your available balance |
Why Are Points Pending?
The 4-day pending period exists to allow time for:
Reason | Detail |
Refunds and returns | Points are adjusted if part or all of an order is refunded |
Order processing | Ensures only fully completed purchases generate usable points |
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders earn double points, but follow the same 4-day pending process — your points will show as pending first before moving to your available balance.
