Why are my Huel+ points still pending?

If your Huel+ points are showing as pending, this is completely normal β€” no action is needed.


How Points Work

  • Points are added to your account immediately after placing an order, but first appear as pending

  • After 4 days, pending points move to your available balance and can be redeemed


Why Is There a Pending Period?

The 4-day pending period exists to allow time for:

Reason

Detail

Refunds and returns

Points are adjusted if items are returned or refunded

Order processing

Ensures only completed purchases contribute to your spendable balance

Redeeming pending points

Pending points cannot be redeemed until they move to your available balance

Subscription orders

Earn double points, but follow the same 4-day pending period

Refunded orders

Pending points from a refunded order will be deducted from your balance
