Points are not automatically backdated for past purchases — but there is one exception.
How Backdating Works

Within 30 days of joining | If you opt in to Huel+ within 30 days of a purchase, those points will be added to your balance |
Older than 30 days | Purchases made more than 30 days before you opted in will not qualify |
One-time only | Points can only be backdated once |
Important to Know

Opting out | Opting out of Huel+ removes all your points |
Rejoining | If you opt back in after leaving, previous points cannot be reinstated |
Redeemed rewards | Any rewards already redeemed will remain active, even if you opt out |
Tip
If you have placed a Huel order in the last 30 days and have not yet opted in to Huel+, opt in now to make sure those points are credited to your account.
