Unfortunately, it is not possible to merge two Huel accounts. However, our team can help you consolidate them.


Why Can't Accounts Be Merged?

Each Huel account is tied to its own:

  • Order history

  • Active subscriptions

  • Discount codes

For reasons of data accuracy and security, these cannot be combined into a single account.


What You Can Do Instead

While merging is not possible, our team can help you with the following:

Decide which email address you want to use going forward

Close the unwanted account

Our team will close the account you no longer need

Transfer loyalty points

Any loyalty points on the closed account can be transferred to your active account

Recreate your subscription

Set up your subscription fresh under your preferred email address
