A SPAM issue is a common problem among most providers. We have a very strict policy when dealing with SPAM issues. Our procedure is very straightforward:
We submit an abuse ticket to the client.
The client’s VPS is suspended.
If we receive a reasonable explanation and the problem is resolved, we will remove the suspension and continue our business relationship.
If we do not receive any response within 3 days, or our customer refuses to remove the SPAM issue, we will be forced to close our business relationship with that customer.
