Every abuse or SPAM report must be reasonable:
If it was DoS/DDoS attack, port scan, or other malicious activity from our network – please provide appropriate logs to prove it.
If it was a SPAM issue from our network – please send us full e-mail headers.
If it was copyright infringement – please submit the right documentation about content ownership.
