TIER Balance credits are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. This means that any TIER Balance credits that are not used within 24 months of purchase will expire and be forfeited.

To ensure that you get the most out of your TIER Balance, we encourage you to check your balance regularly and use your credits before they expire. You can check your TIER Balance and the expiration date of your credits in the TIER app under the TIER Balance widget.
