Using your TIER Balance is easy! Your TIER Balance will be automatically used for your rides.

When you start a ride, TIER will deduct the ride cost from your TIER Balance first. If your TIER Balance has enough credit to cover the cost of the ride, you won't need to pay anything additional. If the cost of the ride exceeds your TIER Balance credit, TIER will charge the remaining amount to your preferred payment method.

Please note that you can only use your TIER Balance to pay for rides. It is not possible to use your TIER Balance to pay for other expenses, such as TIER Passes or other promotions.
