Please make sure that you are riding within our business area (marked as white-off colour on the map) and check if the vehicle has a sufficient battery level.

Once the battery reaches a low level, the vehicle will gradually slow down and come to a full stop to prevent accidents.

Additionally, to comply with the local laws, we have implemented reduced speed zones in some cities.

When driving through these zones your ride will automatically slow down to the allowed speed.

Reduced speed zones are shaded and marked by a yellow border on the map.
