How can I pay the outstanding amount?

1. Please first make sure your default payment method has sufficient funds.
2. Add the same card once again inside the app and select the newly added card as your active payment method. (You do not need to delete your previously added card, simply click on Add a new payment method.)


3. When the payment has been successfully charged, your TIER account will be unblocked automatically.
