My payment failed.

Your payment may have failed for a number of reasons. Some examples include but are not limited to:
• Your payment method may have insufficient funds.
• Your bank may consider this payment as unusual, particularly if you are using TIER outside of your home country.
• Your debit or credit card may have expired.
• You may have a spending limit on your bank account.
• Your payment method may have a limit on the number of transactions you can carry out each day.

To retry your payment:
1. Please first make sure your default payment method has sufficient funds.
2. Add your card details once again inside the app and select the newly added card as your active payment method. (You do not need to delete your previously added card, simply click on Add a new payment method.)
