A “Prospect” is an existing email address in your database that is not yet associated with a purchase. It is likely that Quantic Factory won’t include those, as our primary data source is Shopify.

For your business to generate profitable growth, we recommend having at least 70% of your database be opt-in customers. Prospects are increasingly difficult to convert into customers passed the date of their first show of interest for your brand.
