What is the Customer Journey?

A customer journey is the series of interactions and touchpoints (hits) that a potential customer has with a brand or business from the moment they become aware of the brand, through to their eventual purchase and beyond.

Why is the customer journey important?

At Quantic Factory, we are customer-centric. It means we take into account all online hits (clicking on an ad, watching an ad on websites and social media) through Campaign UTM tracking, Meta and Google data, but also physical store interactions, and offline exposure to your brand through a geolift and post-view data, which provides you with precise and accurate attribution and engagement data for your shop.

We take into account all the pre-conversion and post-sale interactions. This enables us to provide you with accurate data regarding how you are acquiring customers and how you are engaging them after the first order.
