This new feature is designed to separate your media spending between the different countries involved.
It can be used to keep only the costs of one or more countries on QFy, or, associated with the country filters, it can allow you to have the costs and total turnover of your ads for each selected country and thus, have a more thorough view of your attribution.
As for the setup, you will first need to contact us. We will have a quick exchange on what do you precisely need and what can be done to satisfy this need.
You will then have to make some modifications to your ads' nomenclature. This feature is based on the names of campaigns, adsets, AND ads. We concatenate these 3 fields, then we look for the presence of the following nomenclature:
_COUNTRY CODE_
If this nomenclature is present, we classify this ad as assigned to the concerned country.
The country code is chosen regarding the ISO-3166-1 alpha-2 standard.
Example for 3 ads:
Campaign1: CampagnePasMal_FR_NO2
Adset 1: AdsetNO4
Ad 1: MaxiProduitFoufou
Concatenation: CampagnePasMal_FR_NO2AdsetNO4MaxiProduitFoufou
We have _FR_ so the ad is considered French.
Campaign2: CampagnePasMalNO2
Adset 2: AdsetNO4
Ad 2: MaxiProduitFoufou
Concatenation: CampagnePasMalNO2AdsetNO4MaxiProduitFoufou
We don't have _COUNTRY CODE_ so it is not associated with any country.
Campaign1: CampagnePasMalNO2
Adset 1: AdsetNO4
Ad 1: MaxiProduitFoufou_IT_
Concatenation: CampagnePasMalNO2AdsetNO4MaxiProduitFoufou_IT_
We have _IT_ so the ad is considered Italian.
To summarize:
1) Contact us through Intercom.
2) Implement the nomenclature for ALL ads.
3) See the change on your account.
