If you're a manager and one of your team members has requested to edit their self-assessment or you need them to be more specific in their comments, but the review is already at stage 2, you can 'rewind' their review.
Go to the three dot menu at the top corner of their review
Click 'Rewind'
The reviewee will then be able to edit their self-assessment and submit to the reviewer again when they're done.
