FAQs

Why are the wrong objectives pulling into my review?

Objectives are pulled into a review based on the due date of the objective and the due date of the review. Sometimes these dates may not be aligned in the way you expect them.

Here's how you can check. Looking at your review, you'll see the date range for the objectives shown and can see how this correlates to your review due date.

If you believe you are seeing the wrong objectives or objectives are missing, there could be several reasons:

  • Your objective date is not within range of the dates shown on the form

  • Your review due date is incorrect and is therefore showing the wrong date range

  • Your review form has been incorrectly designed

The last two of these scenarios can be fixed by contacting your administrator.

My review is using the wrong form, what should I do?

If you think your review has been set-up incorrectly, your HR team can edit it for you so we advise that you contact your Talos Perform administrator. The contact details for this person can usually be found on the bottom of the emails you receive from Talos Perform.

My comments aren't saving / I can't type anything in the text box - what should I do?

If your comments on a review form aren't auto-saving or the textbox won't let you input any comments, it's probably a local issue on your browser. Try doing the following:

  • Press Ctrl+F5, which should hard refresh the page.

  • Log out of Talos Perform. Clear the browser's cache and cookies. Log back in.

  • Make sure Talos Perform is allowlisted in any pop-up or add blockers that you have installed.

  • Try logging into Talos Perform in another browser. If this works, it's likely a plugin that you have installed on the other browser.

  • Try in another location or on another device. If this works, then it is likely a firewall/security issue on either the network or device you are using.

If this doesn't work, please let us know at support@appraisd.com.
