Set-up that only Talos Perform support can do for you

Most of Talos Perform is self-service however there a few things that our Customer Success team will have to help you with.

There are just a few areas in Talos Perform where you'll need our help to customise your account. These include:

  • Changing and adding objectives templates

  • Changing the language used on your account

  • Setting up review groups to facilitate an automated cycle

  • Setting up custom recognition or adhoc give feedback templates

  • Creating a custom workflow

  • Customising the email reminder frequency

  • Enabling locked settings in the Configuration area
