Most of Talos Perform is self-service however there a few things that our Customer Success team will have to help you with.
There are just a few areas in Talos Perform where you'll need our help to customise your account. These include:
Changing and adding objectives templates
Changing the language used on your account
Setting up review groups to facilitate an automated cycle
Setting up custom recognition or adhoc give feedback templates
Creating a custom workflow
Customising the email reminder frequency
Enabling locked settings in the Configuration area
