Note: You will need Configurator access to manage administration permissions.
Click on Configuration > 'Visibility & Permissions' then select the 'Administration permissions' drop down tab.
If you need further guidance on what each permission means, please see our help page on Roles and Permissions.
Updating Configurator and Form Designer permissions
For giving a new user permissions use the '+add user permission' button and search for the user you want to give permissions to.
Once selected they will be added to the list and you can use the toggles in the row with their name to give/remove access:
Configurator (Can edit configuration column)
Form designer (Can edit forms column)
Warning: There must be at least one Configurator on an account so you are unable to remove this permission from yourself.
Updating Administrator and Moderator permissions
Note: You cannot upgrade your own permissions and you will need Administration/Moderator permission over the Administration Group you're wanting to add someone to. If you don't, please contact a Configurator who is an Administration/Moderator of the group and they can make the change for you.
Add the user by clicking on 'Add Administrator' in the 'Admin and Moderator permissions' sections. You will need to use the toggles on the right hand side to give 'Admin' and/or 'Moderator' permissions.
If you need to remove these permissions for a user, please use the toggles under 'Admin' or 'Moderator' (or both).
Tip: We recommend you make all your Moderators, Administrators too. So you can have people who are Administrators and people who are Administrators + Moderators.
