How to view a driver's working time infringements — for WTD

Working Time Directive (WTD) infringements show up in a few places across the platform, alongside your driver's standard tachograph infringements. This way, you always have the full picture of a driver's compliance, no matter where you're looking.

Driver's page -> Infringements

👤 Available for:

  • Personal accounts: Tachograph data → Infringements

  • Company accounts:

    • Driver user: Tachograph data → Infringements

    • Admin and manager users: Drivers → select a driver → Infringements

This is the most complete place to review a driver's infringements.

Both WTD and standard tachograph infringements are listed together, and each one comes with details to help you understand exactly what happened and why it matters.

For every infringement, you can see:

  • The severity level: minor, serious, very serious, or most serious

  • The potential fine, based on the regulatory requirements of the selected country

  • The specific regulation and article it relates to, with a short explanation of what it requires

  • Any comments added by drivers or managers for extra context

You can also filter infringements by severity and date range, making it easy to focus on what matters most, whether you're checking a single day or a driver's history over several months.

Driver's page → Activities

👤Available for:

  • Personal accounts: Tachograph data → Activties

  • Company accounts:

    • Driver user: Tachograph data → Activities

    • Admin and manager users: Drivers → select a driver → Activities

The driver's activity graph is mainly built for viewing a driver's activities and data visually, but as a bonus, if any infringements happened, you'll be able to spot them right there too, either per day or per week.

Infringements are marked with a flag icon on the graph, and also listed below the graph for that day or week.

You can click either the flag or an infringement in the list to see more details.
