If you need to know exactly how much your drivers are working—whether for salary calculations or just to manage the workload—Tachogram has you covered. We offer three main reports that break down drivers' work time in different ways.

👤Intended for:

  • Company accounts' manager and admin users.

Access these reports under the 'Reports' module → 'Work time'

Worktime summary per driver in weeks

This report lets you select a driver and a time range—such as the last two years—and view their working time clearly broken down by weeks.

Each week shows every day in detail, including the date, day working time, night working time (from 22:00 to 07:00 by default), and total working time.

This report is ideal for reviewing long-term work patterns, checking compliance with working time rules, and easily spotting weeks or days with unusually high workloads.

Work time summary per driver

This report allows you to see the specifics of your driver's schedule over a chosen period.

In addition to work hours, it also shows days like sick leave, holidays, and free days, and you can choose to show the start and end country for every shift in the report.

This helps you keep a complete record for each driver, making it much easier to calculate the right pay and manage their time off.

Work time monthly summary all drivers

If you want to see how your whole team is doing at once, this is the perfect report. It shows the daily work hours for all your drivers together on one page for a full month.

Because everything is in one place, it’s much faster to handle your monthly paperwork and helps you see at a glance who has been working the most, so you can make sure the workload is fair for everyone.
