Organize and find your job aids quicker with tags and badges.

Editors can tag Guide to make it easy for your end-users to find Guides and Instructions on your Workspace.

When a user searches for a tag, the Guide that has that tag will appear first in the search results.

Allow certain roles to create Tags

Platform Admin can decide who can create new tags.

  1. Click "Settings" and then "Platform" in the main menu of the platform

2. Select the Roles that should be able to create tags from the dropdown list

The changes are saved automatically.

Creating new tags on the Platform

Based on the Platform Settings, certain team members will be able to create new tags.

1. Click "Edit details" on your Guide Cover

2. Click on the Tags field and start typing the name of your new tag

3. Click Create tag for "..." to create and apply the newly created one

4. Click SAVE DRAFT

Adding tag to a Guide

All users in the Platform can add existing tags on the Guides.

1. Click "Edit details" on your Guide Cover

2. Click on the Tags list. Scroll and click on the existing tags or start typing to search for a specific name tag

2. Select the tag(s) you want to add

Note: Depending on the settings made on your Platform by your Platform Admin, specific Roles can type name to create new tags. If you're unable to create new tags, contact your Platform Admin.

3. Click "SAVE DRAFT"

You can add a tag to your Guide right from the start when creating Guide cover or later on by editing your Guide cover

Adding tags on Instructions

All users in the Platform can add existing tags on the Instructions.

1. Locate an Instruction and click "Edit Steps"

2. Click "Edit details" on the Instruction Cover

3. Select the tags you want to add to this Instruction

Note: Depending on the settings made on your Platform by your Platform Admin, specific Roles can type name to create new tags. If you're unable to create new tags, contact your Platform Admin.

4. Click "SAVE"

Now your end-users will be able to search for this Instruction using both the Instruction title and one or more tags.

Manage your Tags

You can view all, see how many times it was applied on Instructions & Guide, rename or delete tags.

Head to Guides menu and click on Tags
