What is a Learning Activity?
A learning activity is an action the employee can take to develop a certain skill. Learning activities could be in-person training or links to work instructions in SwipeGuide. Learning activities are linked to skills in the platform.

Create a Learning Activity
Click Smart Skills in the main menu
Select Learning Activities
Click + CREATE NEW LEARNING ACTIVITY
Enter a Learning Activity Name
Enter a description of the learning activity
Paste the link to the learning content
Add any relevant tags to your learning activity
Tip: Tags will help you easily find this learning activity later.Click CREATE

Edit a Learning Activity
Click Smart Skills in the main menu
Select Learning Activities
Find the learning activities you want to edit
Tip: Use the search bar or filter on specific tags to search for the learning activitiesClick on the Learning Activity
Edit the Learning Activity Name, change the Description, update the Link, or edit the Tags
Press SAVE

Delete a Learning Activity
Click Smart Skills in the main menu
Select Learning Activities
Find the learning activities you want to delete
Tip: Use the search bar or filter on specific tags to search for the learning activitiesClick on the 3 dots next to the Learning Activity
Select Delete
You will receive a warning message if the Learning Activity is used in a Skill Profile. Select DELETE to confirm you would like to delete the Learning Activity
