Platform Admins and Admins can customize their Workspace(s): colours, icons, font and step notes. You can create multiple Themes.
This allows you to differentiate the Workspace when you have multiple ones and/or make them look closer to your branding.
Create a Theme
1. Click "Settings" & then click "Themes" in the main menu of the platform
2. Click "+" to create a new branding Theme
3. Enter a "Theme name"
4. Select the Team who owns this Theme from the dropdown list
5. Click the media icon to upload the logo & icon for your workspace
6. Then click "NEXT"
7. Choose the Colors for your Workspace
8. Then click "SAVE"
9. Click the pencil icon to change the generic Step Note Icon with a custom one for your Workspace. Then click "SAVE"
Note: The recommended platform logo size is 800x100 px. Square and circular logos, and logos that have different aspect ratios may not appear as expected. And for the app icon, we recommend squared, 512x512 or 1024x1024.
Set up a Workspace Theme
1. Click "Settings" & then click "Workspaces" in the main menu of the platform
2. Click on the Workspace you want to set up the branding theme
3. Choose a Theme from the dropdown list
4. Click "SAVE".
Note: If no Theme is showing in the dropdown list, you first need to Create a Theme.
