Access SwipeGuide using your smartphone or tablet via URL or QR code

SwipeGuide is a Smart Web App that does not require any installation.

Use your smartphone or tablet via URL

1. Copy your Platform Workspace link

Your Workspace URL should include:

http://[workspacename]-[companyname].swipeguide.com/

2. Paste the Platform Workspace link to your web browser on your mobile device

We recommend using SwipeGuide with Chrome for the best experience.

3. The login to the SwipeGuide Platform

You can log in using your Platform Password, Company Account (Single Sign On) or using email address and password.

Note: Company Account Login is an Add-on feature that we can activate on your Platform upon request. Contact your Customer Success Manager if you want this feature.

Use your smartphone or tablet via QR code

A. Use your mobile device camera or QR scanner app

Make sure your mobile device have a QR scanner integrated in the camera or use a QR scanner app. Please be-aware that the steps might differ depending on the method used.

1. Open your camera app or the QR scanner app in your mobile device

2. Hold your mobile device facing the QR code

Your device will recognize the QR code and show a notification.

3. Tap the notification to open the link associated with the QR code.

Additional information

  • If the notification does not appear automatically on your device, go to the settings of your camera & activate this option.

  • If your camera does not read QR codes, download an app via Android or Apple Store.

B. Use your SwipeGuide Native App (build-in scanner)

1. Open SwipeGuide Native app & sign in to your Workspace

2. Click the 3 dots menu on the right upper corner

3. Click "Scan QR Code"

4. Hold your mobile device facing the QR code.

You will automatically be directed to the Guide or the Instructions in the NativeApp.
